AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to lead a strategic and operational launch program across Global Marketing, regions and markets. You will shape the LEX operating model, supervise readiness standards and build scalable capabilities with AI-enabled processes.

You will partner with Global, Regional and Affiliate teams to close gaps, manage risk, and drive governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive biopharmaceutical commercial experience, 12–15+ years across global, regional and local marketing roles.
• Proven serial launch leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and operationalize the Launch Excellence (LEX) operating model across global and local teams.
• Set quality standards for launch readiness, milestones and risk logs.
• Lead the AIN Launch Excellence team and enable AI-enabled workflows for repeatable activities.
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive governance and decision making across markets.
