AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, located in Lisbon, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end GenAI and automation initiatives within the Applied AI practice. You will coordinate with product owners, engineers, data teams, security, and external partners across Portugal, the United States, and India.

The role focuses on delivery planning, agile execution, governance, and handover, ensuring documentation, testing evidence, and training materials are prepared before release.

Qualificações

• Master's degree with 4+ years in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• GenAI and Automation Delivery Management across intake to handover.
• Develop integrated delivery plans with scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, release dates, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across product owners, GenAI architects, software engineers, data engineers, UX, platform and DevOps, security, business SMEs, and vendors.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, retrospectives, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery health with capacity, velocity, burnup/burndown, cycle time, release readiness, defects, and outcome-based metrics.
• Coordinate architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, data governance, legal, and regulatory reviews as required.
• Establish effective working agreements and communication rhythms for teams distributed across Portugal, the United States, and India.
