AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to shape and run Launch Excellence across global biopharmaceutical launches, bringing pattern recognition from multiple programs.

You will partner across Global, Regional and Affiliate teams to define the LEX operating model, establish governance, and build AI-enabled workflows and dashboards to drive readiness and decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive biopharmaceutical commercial experience, 12–15+ years.
• Proven serial launch leadership across multiple markets.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and operationalize the Launch Excellence operating model.
• Lead and grow the AIN Launch Excellence team with clear roles.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and dashboards to support launches.
• Coordinate global-to-local launch planning and governance.
