AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon invites a Senior Manager to lead the Responsible AI governance program. You will translate external AI regulations into practical internal standards, coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Research teams, and drive governance across the enterprise.

We seek a seasoned professional with strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and technical fluency in AI/ML.

Qualificações

• Degree educated and 7 years of experience in Responsible AI, AI governance, AI risk, technology policy, regulatory policy, quality systems, compliance, audit/inspection readiness, AI/ML, or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the evolution of Amgen’s Responsible AI governance framework and operating model.
• Assess emerging AI regulations and translate them into governance requirements, controls, and processes.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory information requests with evidence and governance approach.
• Develop governance narratives and decision-support content for senior leaders.
• Advance the maturity of the governance operating model, roles, escalation, forums, and reporting.
• Act as a key execution lead for the Responsible AI governance program across cross-functional teams.
