Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced leader for Global Learning & Development Operations in Lisbon. You will lead a team of delivery professionals and ensure high-quality execution of learning programs across regions, focusing on performance management, capacity planning, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with faculty and regional delivery teams to deliver engaging learner experiences, monitor delivery quality and metrics, and coach team members to raise capability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in L&D, program delivery, events, or service environments.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end learning programs with high quality and consistency.
• Ability to lead and develop individuals or small teams in delivery-focused environments.
• Strong stakeholder and faculty management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
• Experience operating in live or time-sensitive environments, managing issues in real time.

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts. You will lead a team of delivery professionals and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of learning programs aligned to global L&D priorities, including performance management, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
