Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is expanding its IT service and PMO capabilities in Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid. We seek a proactive professional to support governance, coordination, and operational service activities within a cross-functional environment.

You will manage documentation, reports, and meeting minutes, using Microsoft 365 tools, and communicate effectively in English across distributed teams. This is a long-term opportunity offering growth and stability.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management, PMO, or Service Operations support roles.
• Proven experience supporting governance, coordination, and operational service activities.
• Strong organizational and task management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience preparing documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience tracking actions, deliverables, and follow-up activities across teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently within structured processes and under guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting.
• Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Internet Access) is a plus.
• Experience with task management, collaboration, or workflow tools is a plus.
• Exposure to international environments and distributed teams is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to consolidate information and produce clear summaries.
