Boston Consulting Group seeks a Global IT Tech Area Lead & Senior Director to own and evolve its enterprise platform ecosystem, anchored by ServiceNow. You will direct platform operations, security posture, and budget stewardship across the portfolio, partnering with business units to deliver real value.

As a technical leader, you will mentor teams, drive 24/7 support readiness, ensure regulatory compliance, and steer the AI-enabled modernization of the platform landscape for the firm.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior technical leadership experience operating enterprise platforms.
• Proven ownership of multi-million dollar budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow, architecture, and release management.
• Strong security, compliance and data-protection track record.

Responsabilités

• Own and operate BCG's enterprise platform portfolio including ServiceNow.
• Lead 24/7 support, outages management, and post-incident reviews.
• Set technology direction, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage vendor relationships and long-term platform investments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into platform capabilities.
