Hexa People is seeking a Senior HR Officer based in Porto to serve as the primary HR contact for operational teams across multiple sites. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide expert guidance on personnel matters and support managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Law or a related field.
• Senior HR experience with employment law and personnel administration.
• Proven experience handling disciplinary procedures and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line HR advice to operational teams and respond to managers’ requests.
• Draft employment contracts, amendments, and formal correspondence on leave and terminations.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary cases, ensuring proper documentation and legal deadlines.
• Coordinate HR administration for transfers and departures, and prepare end-of-contract communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR practices and support change management initiatives.
