Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a HR Global Process Owner – Total Rewards to oversee and improve global HR processes, HRIS, and payroll-related functions across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead design, automation, and standardization in a fast-growing international environment, acting as a change agent and partner to HR stakeholders. Travel ~20% and collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, or related fields; master’s preferred.
• Proven years of global HR process management and HRIS platforms experience.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge; related certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end design and improvement of global HR processes.
• Prioritize improvement initiatives and manage project roadmaps for global HR programs.
• Ensure processes comply with regulations while delivering an excellent employee experience.
• Develop and approve detailed business process documentation including current and future state descriptions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT and other units to optimize service delivery.
• Partner with HR Operations and IT to implement and sustain system changes.
