Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Global HR Process & Case Management Expert to design, govern, and continuously improve HR processes and case management across the organization. You will work closely with regional HR Operations, IT, and other functions to ensure scalable, compliant operations and improved user experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in HR process management, plus hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR process management or HR operations in a global company.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday HR systems is essential.
• Familiarity with HR service delivery models and process governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process governance: develop and apply HR process governance frameworks for consistent execution and accountability.
• Process and case management: develop and harmonize standardized HR processes and case management practices across regions.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities using data insights, best practices, and system capabilities.
• Stakeholder collaboration: coordinate with regional HR teams, HR services, and IT to ensure alignment.
• Training and development: provide guidance and documentation on process updates and system changes.
• Technology integration: support HR technology improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Performance monitoring: define and monitor KPIs and metrics for process effectiveness.
