Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is seeking a Global HR Process Lead (m/f) to design, standardize, and automate HR processes across the GBS. You will partner with the GBS HR Global Process Owner and drive cross-functional initiatives.

In this role you will lead process design, implementation, and optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, leverage Workday, and enhance the employee experience while collaborating with an international, diverse team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 4-5 years of HR experience with process improvement focus.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong Workday domain and HR technology experience.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and change management knowledge.
• Process improvement certifications (Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
• English language mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze HR processes to identify improvement areas.
