Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations with direct responsibility.
• Experience developing or evaluating structured HR processes, checklists, policies, or training assessments.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret complex information, and apply consistent standards.

Responsibilities

• Design Realistic HR Tasks: create multi-step assignments on payroll, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and lifecycle processes.
• Establish Objective Evaluation Criteria: develop structured rubrics and measurable standards for consistent assessment.
• Assess Professional Judgment: craft tasks requiring interpretation of information and application of HR expertise.
• Prepare Supporting Documentation: source and organize HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Ensure Task Quality and Clarity: flag ambiguous or incomplete assignments to ensure reliable evaluation.
• Meet Project Deadlines: deliver assignments on time and to required quality.
