Job summary

Globalli is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries. You will act as the regional subject matter expert, partner with internal teams and external vendors, and drive platform training and adoption.

You will own payroll execution, ensure compliance, and implement country readiness across the region while maintaining thorough documentation and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience in multi-country or regional setups.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Managed Payroll Services.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own regional payroll execution across assigned countries.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert on payroll processes.
• Train and guide internal teams on the Globalli platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Engineering.
• Test platform changes and document results.
• Resolve payroll and integration issues with stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation.
