Job summary

SKF Automotive is seeking a Global HR IT Manager focusing on Payroll and Time & Attendance. You will lead the technology domain, drive the roadmap, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions across regions, collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

You will shape the governance framework, manage vendor relationships, and lead global implementations in a newly independent SKF Automotive company. Fluency in English is essential, with a strong background in SAP HR tech.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and leading Payroll and/or Time & Attendance technology solutions in a multinational environment.
• Experience operating across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas) with global standards and local regulatory needs.
• Proven track record delivering system implementations, integrations, migrations, and major enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the global Payroll and Time & Attendance technology domain.
• Shape the roadmap in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities.
• Act as the accountable technology lead for the domain across a global environment.
