Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Global HR IT Manager (Payroll and Time & Attendance) to lead the Payroll and Time & Attendance technology domain across regions. You will shape the roadmap, drive integrations, and ensure compliant, scalable HR technology solutions for SKF Automotive as it evolves.

Strong vendor management and change leadership are essential. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, with experience in multinational environments and EU regulatory

Qualifications

Proven experience owning Payroll/Time & Attendance technology solutions.
Experience across regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas) and regulatory alignment.
Track record delivering system implementations, migrations, and integrations.
Strong understanding of EU payroll regulations and compliance.
Experience as service owner, product owner, or technology lead.

Responsibilities

Own global Payroll and Time & Attendance technology domain.
Define and drive the roadmap in line with business needs and regulations.
Lead global implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance to translate business needs into solutions.
Establish governance, monitoring, and compliance practices.
Act as trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.
