Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner for the hospitality sector with international exposure. You will partner with venue leaders, drive employee relations, and align workforce planning with operations across multi-site venues.

You will balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on advisory work, guiding managers on performance, compliance, and talent development while collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR Generalist or HRBP experience in hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation and compliance.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end employee relations and disciplinary frameworks.
• Proficient with modern HRIS platforms and HR analytics/AI tools for workforce insights.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and practical HR support to site managers and operations leadership.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions with compliant processes.
• Collaborate on headcount budgeting, seasonal staffing, succession planning, and skills gaps analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and update policies as required.
• Lead performance evaluation frameworks and leadership development initiatives.
• Contribute to group HR projects, OKRs, and culture surveys.
