Job summary

Siemens AG in Portugal seeks a Head of Quality Excellence for eMobility to lead the global quality framework and drive transformation across locations worldwide. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on implementation to ensure consistent quality across the business.

You will drive ISO certification management, audit programs, and the digital QM tool landscape, collaborating with central and local teams to enable standardized processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Extensive quality management experience in an international industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO-based management systems and certification processes.
• Experience in internal and external audit management.
• Leadership experience in international and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Quality Excellence organization and set strategic direction.
• Coordinate ISO certification audits across locations and ensure timely preparation and follow-up.
• Manage the global audit program and drive corrective actions and learning across sites.
• Develop and maintain a centralized Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO requirements.
