Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service in Mortágua, Portugal, is seeking a Quality Specialist to strengthen our global quality framework and support operational excellence across the organization.

Based in our Mortágua office, you will improve business processes, drive supplier quality, and support growth initiatives. The role combines strategic development with hands-on execution while aligning with ISO standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management or Integrated Management Systems.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements across complex organizations.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and certified management systems, plus exposure to ISO 14001/ISO 45001 is a plus.
• Audit experience, preferably Lead Auditor, including internal, supplier, or certification audits.
• Hands-on supplier quality, non-conformity management, CAPA and quality performance management.
• Strong analytical capability to translate performance data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted quality advisor to management with governance, risk assessments and improvements.
• Drive quality and operational excellence initiatives across the global organization.
• Develop and enhance processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and performance.
• Lead supplier quality management activities including supplier qualification and audits.
• Monitor quality KPIs, trends, and audit results to inform actions.
• Support training and guidance on quality management and ISO standards.
