You will lead supplier quality, governance, and improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and collaborate with leaders to scale quality systems during growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality Management or Integrated Management Systems.
• Experience driving process improvements across large organizations.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and certified management systems.
• Audit experience, Lead Auditor preferred.
• Hands-on experience with supplier quality, non-conformity management, CAPA and quality performance management.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted quality advisor to management, supporting decision-making through performance analysis, risk assessments, governance, and improvement recommendations.
• Drive quality and operational excellence initiatives across the global organization.
• Develop and enhance business processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and performance.
• Lead supplier quality management activities, including supplier qualification, audits, risk assessments, and performance development.
• Monitor quality performance through KPIs, trends, customer feedback, supplier performance, and audit results.
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance on quality management and operational excellence.
