Qualificações

• University degree in business or engineering related to supply chain.
• At least 5 years in global logistics or freight forwarding.
• Experience with GDP, Incoterms and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with international logistics operations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in a global context.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight of global freight forwarding and 3PL operations, ensuring GDP, IATA compliance.
• Lead the global freight forwarder and 3PL portfolio across transportation modes, driving KPI governance and cost optimization.
• Define and optimize transportation lanes, routings, and supply chain flows.
• Manage transportation budgets, freight rates, and logistics cost structures.
• Drive logistics digitalization through visibility tools and standardized analytics.
• Act as the global transportation and logistics expert, providing market intelligence and risk mitigation.
• Manage escalations related to service issues, disruptions, or claims.
