Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, international trade or related field.
• Experience in freight administration or logistics preferred.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipment, booking, and cost information in internal systems.
• Monitor bookings, schedules, departures, and milestones.
• Collect, review, and file freight documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with carriers.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers.
• Escalate delays or documentation issues.
