Job summary

Grünenthal is seeking a senior professional for Global Operations & Production to lead supply planning activities in a hybrid role based in Portugal. You will coordinate with production planning, external supply, and demand teams to align strategies with market needs and ensure inventory optimization.

The role requires Master’s degree, pharma/FMCG experience, strong communication in English, and advanced skills in Excel, SAP-R3, Power BI, and Kinaxis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Production Planning (Pharma or FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP-R3; Power BI and Kinaxis are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Supply Chain partners to ensure seamless coordination.
• Align global supply strategies with regional market needs.
• Become the go-to expert for inventory management and service optimization.
• Identify and resolve supply chain challenges to improve customer service.
• Oversee product phase-ins and phase-outs and support monthly reviews.
• Provide strategic input into S&OP/IBP process.
