Airspace, a tech-enabled freight forwarder, is seeking an Operations Specialist in Lisbon to coordinate time-critical aerospace orders from intake to delivery. You’ll work hybrid on-site in Lisbon, interfacing with customers, drivers, and airlines to ensure fast, transparent, and secure execution of mission-critical shipments.

In this role you’ll set up orders, provide proactive status updates, track progress, and apply problem-solving to keep shipments on schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating time-sensitive logistics.
• Strong communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the Airspace Platform and set up new orders per SOPs.
• rapidly switch between critical tasks while handling orders.
• Verify drivers have picked up or recovered the correct pieces.
• Confirm flight departures using AWB tracking.
• Follow all process and communication standards across teams.
• Stay updated on new features and process changes.
