TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Fitbit Customer Support specialist fluent in Danish to assist users via tickets and calls, with a focus on empathy and a customer-first approach.

Relocation to Sofia is supported with a €1,200 gross relocation bonus and up to 30 days of company-provided accommodation; plane ticket and airport taxi are included, along with fully paid training and health insurance. This role offers long-term career growth in an international team.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Danish language for daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS use/features
• Demonstrating empathy

Responsabilidades

• Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls
• Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case by case customer-oriented approach
• Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team
• Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background
