Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is seeking an Event Manager based in Lisbon. This part-time role (May 2026 to December 2026) involves managing logistics for events, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing communication strategies. Candidates should have at least 3 years of event management experience, be fluent in Portuguese and English, and possess strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

  • Draft and send invitations, ensuring logistical follow-up with participants.

  • Coordinate on-site logistics.
  • Contribute to defining the program.
  • Implement a communication strategy.
  • Support the cultural program.
  • Monitor and manage the event budget.
