Siemens Energy in Bucharest seeks a Senior IT Business Partner to translate business needs into IT projects and manage end-to-end delivery of digital solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, guide AI enablement initiatives, and ensure alignment with business strategy and IT governance.

You will partner with leaders to shape the digital agenda, drive value through technology, and manage change across the organization while maintaining a focus on architecture, security, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT Business Partner, IT Consultant or Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience managing IT projects with AI delivery and technical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects for Grid Solutions and Substations units from initiation to closure.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope and on-budget delivery by managing resources, risks and changes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align AI/IT solutions with goals and challenges.
• Oversee technical governance including architecture reviews, cybersecurity and compliance.
• Shape and govern the digital roadmap and portfolio with transparency of investments and milestones.
• Drive demand intake, prioritization and investment proposals aligned with strategy.
• Build strong relationships as primary IT liaison to business stakeholders.
• Elicit, document and translate complex business needs into functional specs for development.
• Lead change management and provide training/support for new technologies.
