Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Customs & Transport Coordinator to support import/export activities across multiple African countries, with a focus on Kenya and South Africa. You will work with brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations and continuous process improvement in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs, transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or project logistics.
• Proficiency with import/export procedures, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
• Experience coordinating with brokers, forwarders, and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export and customs clearance activities with brokers, forwarders, and local teams.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Support transportation and logistics operations across multiple countries.
• Analyze transport and logistics data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
• Contribute to optimization of customs and transportation workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
