Rippling is seeking a Senior HR Advisor, Escalations, to manage complex, high-impact EOR escalations across multiple countries and internal teams, acting as the central coordination point during critical situations.

You will drive structured resolution, align cross-functional stakeholders, mitigate retention risk, and ensure timely, compliant outcomes, with executive presence and sound judgment but no direct people-management responsibilities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in global HR operations, EOR services, client escalation management, or complex cross-functional program leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client escalations across countries with cross-functional teams.
• Handle employee relations issues and cross-country terminations.
• Be the client-facing lead during escalations with clear updates.
• Run intake, define scope, identify root causes, plan milestones.
• Coordinate across Product, EOR HR/Ops, Legal, Payroll, Ops, Sales.
• Set up escalation channels and document decisions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and mediate priorities.
• Analyze root causes post-resolution and drive durable improvements.
