Allianz Services is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to standardize, automate, and govern contracts across the group. You will support commercial and legal aspects, liaise with senior stakeholders, and drive reporting and process improvements in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years (International) working experience in contract management or comparable areas.
• Experience in IT Shared Services and Outsourcing is advantageous.
• Certification in contract and commercial management (e.g., IACCM) is welcomed.
• Interest and affinity for IT and (Generative) AI are valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, analyze, interpret and manage contracts between Allianz Services and customers.
• Support and advise business owners on contract processes, areas and clauses.
• Gain insight into contractual elements and involve key stakeholders from Allianz Services and customers.
• Support contract awareness by sharing key aspects with business owners.
• Manage the analog/digital signature process of contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date contract repository.
• Prepare and present status, decisions points and results to Senior Management.
• Develop and implement new reports to address business needs.
• Act as interface with external/internal clients regarding new processes and reports.
