Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Contract Management professional to join our teams and support a strategic international environment focused on contract governance, vendor performance, financial control, and lifecycle optimization. You will be responsible for managing large-scale IT contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and maximizing value.

The role emphasizes planning renewals, coordinating RFPs, monitoring budgets and spend, and driving cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in IT contract management and vendor governance.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes.
• Experience designing dashboards and performance reports.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of large IT contracts and international vendor portfolios.
• Plan renewals and coordinate RFP processes for new service acquisitions.
• Monitor financial execution, controlling approved budgets, actual spend, and service consumption.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain supplier reporting dashboards to monitor performance, KPIs, and expenditure.
• Coordinate Vendor Committees and governance forums focused on supplier performance and value delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis on service and performance-related issues and define corrective actions.
• Ensure contractual governance and vendor relationship management aligned with business objectives and change initiatives.
• Provide contractual guidance to stakeholders, supporting value extraction and contract optimization.
