SITA is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contract management for key customers, spanning pre-sales to post-sales in an international IT/telecom setting.

You will be the main interface to clients, prepare documents, assess risks, and coordinate with billing, legal, and project teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in contract negotiation and execution in a telecom or IT company, international context desirable.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and protect contractual interests.
• Strong contract review and risk assessment skills.
• Extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and managing complex contracts.
