Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Contract Management professional to join our teams and support governance, vendor performance, budgeting, and contract lifecycle optimization across international environments. You will manage large-scale IT contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and driving cost optimization.

You will design dashboards, coordinate governance forums, and drive continuous improvement through reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT contract management and vendor governance.
• Proficient in managing application availability, supplier performance, and service delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle, procurement, and RFP coordination.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a

IT Contract Management

to join our teams and support a strategic international environment focused on IT service governance, vendor performance management, financial control, and contract lifecycle optimization. You will be responsible for managing large-scale IT contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring contractual compliance, driving cost optimization initiatives, supporting budgeting activities, and promoting continuous improvement through reporting, automation, and performance governance.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale IT contracts and international vendor portfolios;
• Plan contract renewals and coordinate RFP processes for new service acquisitions;
• Monitor and report financial execution, controlling approved budgets, actual spend, and service consumption;
• Drive cost optimizationinitiatives and contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes;
• Design, develop, and maintain supplier reporting dashboards to monitor performance, KPIs, and expenditure;
• Coordinate VendorCommittees and governance forums focused on supplier performance and value delivery;
• Perform root cause analysis on service and performance-related issues and define corrective actions;
• Ensure contractual governance and vendor relationship management aligned with business objectives and change initiatives;
• Provide contractual guidance to stakeholders, supporting value extraction and contract optimization.
