Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Contract Management professional to join our teams and support governance, vendor performance, budgeting, and contract lifecycle optimization across international environments. You will manage large-scale IT contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and driving cost optimization.

You will design dashboards, coordinate governance forums, and drive continuous improvement through reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT contract management and vendor governance.
• Proficient in managing application availability, supplier performance, and service delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle, procurement, and RFP coordination.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficient in building dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of large IT contracts and international vendor portfolios.
• Plan contract renewals and coordinate RFP processes for new services.
• Monitor financial execution, budgets, spend, and service consumption.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to budgeting and planning.
• Design and maintain supplier reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and expenditure.
• Coordinate Vendor Committees and governance forums for performance and value.
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Provide contractual guidance to stakeholders for value extraction and optimization.
• Promote continuous improvement through reporting, automation, and governance.
