Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in sales - B2B (national and international).
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 5 years’ experience in a multinational company.
• Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the commercial and sales team, driving performance and development.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to exceed sales targets and growth.
• Hunt and acquire new customers, especially in strategic industries.
• Manage and grow key accounts with tailored solutions.
• Ensure budget delivery and surpass targets beyond initial budget.
• Maintain field presence with regular national and international client visits.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, and innovation teams.
• Report KPIs, sales forecasts, and market trends with transparency.
• Uphold the values of the Group with integrity and responsibility.
