Hexa People is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic leader to drive the mobilization strategy for Global Strategic Accounts. You will partner with commercial, bid, and country operations teams to ensure a synchronized global approach and operational excellence across regions.

The role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on stakeholder management, shaping the execution model of an industry leader while aligning multi-country operations and driving continuous improvement.

Qualificações

  • Leads multi-country internal teams and external client stakeholders without formal hierarchy.
  • Experience managing large-scale global deployments with operational efficiency focus.
  • Analytical, autonomous, self-motivated, able to travel internationally.
  • Degree holder with 5+ years in operational/project management in global B2B services.

Responsabilidades

  • Establish, roll out and govern global mobilization methodology and KPIs across regions.
  • Partner with bid/commercial teams to embed mobilization in global tenders.
  • Build a global network of regional SMEs to share knowledge and assets.
  • Spend time on-site to identify inefficiencies and draft Lean-based improvements.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic professional to lead the overarching mobilization strategy, principles, and execution framework for the company Global Strategic Accounts (GSA). By partnering closely with commercial, bid, and country operations teams across multiple regions, you will ensure a synchronized global approach while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Combining high-level independent strategic planning with hands‑on stakeholder management, this position offers the opportunity to shape the future execution model of an industry leader while driving multi-country operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Framework & Roadmap Governance: Establish, roll out, and govern the global mobilization methodology and toolkit, creating detailed strategic roadmaps and identifying core key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate deployment success and group readiness across all regions.
  • Bid & Tender Advisory: Partner directly with corporate bid and commercial teams to integrate robust mobilization methodologies into strategic, high-value global tenders, providing expert consultative input and aligning multi-regional capabilities with future client expectations.
  • Global Network & Capability Building: Formulate comprehensive training and communication initiatives to elevate organizational performance, defining specific roles and responsibilities while leading a global network of regional subject matter experts to share knowledge and leverage corporate assets.
  • Operational Excellence & Field Optimization: Spend time on-site with frontline operations to identify process inefficiencies, non-value-adding activities, and capability gaps, subsequently drafting actionable improvement recommendations utilizing continuous improvement philosophies such as Lean Management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead, align, and influence matrixed, multi-country internal teams and external client stakeholders effectively, without relying on formal hierarchical authority.
  • Solid background in managing large-scale global project deployments independently, combined with an understanding of operational efficiency methodologies, productivity tools, and Lean principles.
  • Strong analytical, autonomous, and self-motivated working style, paired with the full flexibility and willingness to travel extensively internationally to support complex regional contract launches and field audits
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience within operational management, project management, or corporate support roles specifically in the global B2B service sector.
