Hexa People seeks a Global Broker Agreement Specialist to oversee international broker agreements, drive compliance, and optimize revenue across regions. You will act as a strategic co-pilot to global category leaders, tracking progress and surfacing insights to improve financial performance.

The role requires strong data presentation skills, advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder governance processes in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical professional with experience in cross-cultural matrix environments.
• Strong knowledge of foundational contract law.
• Excellent data presentation and organizational discipline.
• Fluent English and ability to manage multi-stakeholder governance.

Responsabilités

• Track Joint Business Plan delivery and service compliance across international territories.
• Design tracking tools to monitor compliant spend and year-end fee reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance and spend intelligence teams to quantify financial outcomes.
• Provide analytical insights to global category leaders within established frameworks.
