Hexa People is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a high-volume, international AR operation in the Porto area. You will oversee end-to-end processes, cash application, reconciliations and credit risk management with a focus on accuracy, timely reporting, and robust controls.

The role requires strong leadership of Team Leaders in a multinational environment, excellent English communication, and a proactive approach to optimizing working capital and cash flow across global entities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including cash application, sales reconciliations and bad debt management.
• Supervise teams, monitor operational metrics and drive process improvements.
• Identify financial risks and work with senior leadership to optimize working capital.
