Job summary

Hexa People in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Finance Systems & Transformation Specialist to strengthen Finance platforms and drive consolidation and process improvements across an international environment. You will collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to ensure robust reporting, data integrity and scalable automation, shaping the finance tech roadmap.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Solid background in Finance/Accounting, incl. consolidation and reporting.
Hands-on CPM/EPM experience, ideally OneStream or Oracle Hyperion/HFM.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with interest in digital transformation and automation.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support the Finance platform, ensuring stability, data integrity and reliable processes.
Support financial consolidation, reporting, data loading, workflows, user administration and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into system improvements.
Contribute to EPM enhancements, reporting solutions, automation initiatives and Finance transformation projects.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvement.
