Job summary

Hexa People is seeking an experienced Bid/Proposal Manager to transform complex business requirements into compelling commercial proposals. You will coordinate regional RFI and RFP submissions, working with international stakeholders to drive excellence in proposal development and knowledge management.

The role requires 5–7 years in a commercial environment, strong project management, and fluency in English, with advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with tender platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related field.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 5–7 years' experience in a commercial environment, ideally within bid management, proposal management or tender coordination.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, including basic financial understanding.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with tender platforms and an interest in AI-enabled proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional and multi-country RFI/RFP processes, delivering accurate, compelling proposals on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional and country-level bid teams, gathering information and ensuring alignment throughout the tender process.
• Develop visually engaging, persuasive client-facing proposals and presentations.
• Maintain and continuously improve bid content, case studies, client references and country capability materials.
• Support commercial growth and strategic account retention by improving bid quality, efficiency and consistency.
