Hexa People is seeking a contract and legal operations professional to provide contractual, administrative and legal support for global client accounts. You will help implement global agreements locally, coordinate changes and ensure teams operate within the governance framework.

The role focuses on managing changes, reviewing deviations, and maintaining contract governance while advising account teams on compliance and practical contract use.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken English required; Spanish advantageous.
• Strong contract review and drafting skills.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractual changes, amendments, approvals and supporting documentation across international client accounts.
• Review proposed changes and deviations, assess contractual risks and recommend protections or caveats.
• Support the preparation and implementation of local agreements under global Master Agreements.
• Maintain contractual governance, obligation trackers, historical records, approval logs and contract-management systems.
• Advise and train account teams on contractual requirements, compliance and effective use of the contract.
