Konecta is seeking a German Technical Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Sete Rios, Lisbon. You will provide technical assistance to our clients’ customers and troubleshoot issues, guiding them to effective solutions and recording all steps in our database.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential as you collaborate with the support group to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Native German, fluent English, and prior CS or technical support experience are required.

Qualifications

• Native level of German language required.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
