Speakitjobs is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients with technical issues in Lisbon, Portugal. You will combine problem-solving, customer service, and technical knowledge to provide fast, effective resolutions.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. A move to a hybrid work model is anticipated after initial on-site work.

Qualificações

• German language is mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication skills in English are required.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
