CloserHire, in partnership with a leading global customer experience provider, seeks German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German (C1/C2) and English, customer-oriented, with the ability to resolve queries and technical issues. Experience with CRM tools and basic product troubleshooting is a plus.
