Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant to deliver high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients in Bulgaria. You will analyze complex queries, document resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires native Dutch and strong English, with relocation to Sofia and on-site work. The position offers fully paid training, health insurance, a relocation package, a monthly bonus, and a €1,500

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) required.
• EU passport valid for employment in Bulgaria.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for customer support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients across platforms.
