Worldwiders Recruitment is helping a fast-growing international tech company recruit a German-speaking Account Manager (Renewals & Retention) in Porto. You will manage an existing customer portfolio, drive recurring revenue, and uncover upsell opportunities in the DACH market.

The role offers a base salary of €41,000 plus €23,000 variable (OTE up to €64,000), a €2,400 meal allowance, relocation bonus of €2,000, and a hybrid work model (50% remote).

Competenze

• 1–2 years in B2B sales, Account Management or Customer Success.
• Fluent German (C2) and strong English (B2).
• SaaS or IT industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Based in Porto or open to relocating.

Mansioni

• Manage customer renewals and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Drive customer retention and recurring revenue growth.
