Job summary

Worldwiders is recruiting for an international software company in Porto. The Inside Sales Representative will develop business within the German-speaking market while managing relationships with existing customers.

You will initiate and broaden commercial relationships, understand customer requirements, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Requirements include fluent German (C2) and English (B2), 1–2 years in inside sales, and experience with cross-selling.

Qualifications

• German fluency at C2 and strong English at B2.
• 1-2 years in inside/outbound sales or similar.
• Experience with cross-selling or upselling.
• SaaS/software or tech sector experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and proactive.
• Willingness to relocate to Porto.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and broaden commercial relationships with customers across channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Negotiate commercial terms and guide opportunities through to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
• Work towards individual monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with other departments when requirements overlap.
• Stay up to date with market developments and trends.
