Job summary

AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a German speaking Business Operations Coordinator to support daily functions, contract management, PO lifecycle, and HCP contracting. You will align with the ACCP improvement agenda, ensuring compliance and efficient intercompany processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in admin support, fluent English and German, and a business or science degree. Proficiency in MS Office, a service-minded attitude, and basic French knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams
• Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day support across functions for Amgen ACCP
• Support contract management and PO lifecycle management
• Assist with Healthcare Professionals contracting and sponsorships/fees for services/donations/educational processes
• Support corporate administration and intercompany agreement management as part of continuous improvement
