Nomadify is hiring a Customer Service Specialist (German-speaking) on-site in Lisbon with relocation support. This entry-level track offers onboarding and clear pathways for professional growth.

You will be the primary contact for German-speaking customers (phone, email, chat), handle inquiries and complaints, document interactions in our CRM, and strive to meet KPIs and service targets within a multicultural, international team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English.
• Entry-level role with onboarding.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers (phone, email, chat).
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and satisfaction targets.
• Accurately document interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams.
