Job summary

Cyncly is expanding its Lisbon regional operation and seeks an Internal Sales Account Executive who speaks German and English to support the German-speaking market. This hybrid role focuses on renewals, quotations, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Sales Ops.

You will handle inbound inquiries, prepare commercial information, and ensure timely, accurate responses while maintaining CRM integrity and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience in internal sales, inside sales support, account support, or sales administration.
• Experience with B2B customers.
• Ability to manage quotations, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and CRM data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries from the German-speaking market.
• Support existing customers with commercial questions, quotes, renewals, upgrades, and licence requests.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and renewal offers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support sales reporting and forecasts.
