Job summary

Cyncly is seeking an Account Executive (French Speaking) in Lisbon with a hybrid work arrangement. You will drive new business opportunities and manage existing relationships while guiding the full sales cycle from lead to close.

Prior experience selling software solutions and a track record of meeting targets are highly valued. You will collaborate across teams to forecast revenue, develop pipelines, and advance opportunities within the kitchen and bathroom sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience selling software solutions to mid-sized companies.
• Ability to manage a designated territory and target accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly / quarterly targets by driving new opportunities and selling our solutions into new accounts.
• Manage the entire new business sales process from lead to close, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
• Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns and market knowledge/networking.
• Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximise revenue.
• Daily CRM updates with accurate customer and pipeline data.
• Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
• Experience in selling software solutions in kitchen and bathroom industries is advantageous.
